Lukas was my right hand during the opening and planning of the Design Hotel™ Freigeist Nordstadt. In the midst of a time marked by delivery problems, staff shortages, and the post-Covid travel boom, he ensured the hotel's success with his leadership qualities, creativity, and unwavering enthusiasm. Through new, unconventional, and effective methods, he found valuable employees for us and kept them committed to us for the long term. Even challenges that did not match his strengths, he took on voluntarily and successfully assumed interim leadership of the housekeeping team. This infectious way of having fun with hard work and big challenges also rubbed off on the guests, making Lukas the contact person for guest complaints in the hotel.

In conclusion, I am happy to have had Lukas on my team. His passion and dedication helped us overcome one of our company's biggest challenges.
